• Generated recipes are written by AI and may contain mistakes — wrong quantities, missing steps, or unsafe assumptions.
• Imported recipes are simplified from a third-party page and may lose detail from the original.
• You are responsible for reading through a recipe, checking the ingredients, and cooking safely.
• You must verify allergens yourself before cooking or serving anything.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gimme the Damn Recipe and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a recipe, an ingredient list, allergen information, cooking outcomes, lost data, or service interruptions. This is a free early beta; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us (which is likely nothing) or USD 50.
